• Industrial Relations
• Foreign worker processing + relations
• Payroll processing
• Monthly reporting

• Participated in or has driven policy direction within their business
• Well-versed with the current technology in T&D / Human Capital Development
• Well-versed with the current practices in T&D / Human Capital Development
• Well-versed with Leadership quality frameworks, e.g. Hogan Leadership framework
• Strong network of qualified training partners in the areas of leadership competencies
  
  

• To provide leadership, direction and management of the existing HR Administrative functions and team
• To work with Group leadership on a strategic road map for Human Capital Development
• To design and implement a Human Capital Development framework premised on only hiring from the bottom
• To hire the right talents/team to achieve the strategic objective
• To drive the HCD framework into the organization
