Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer (Backend) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in backend development using Java (version 8 and above) and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for building and maintaining microservices-based applications deployed on AWS ECS, with a strong focus on containerization using Docker. Experience working in Agile teams and proficiency with tools like Jira and Bitbucket are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

· - Implement and manage microservices architecture on AWS ECS.

· - Containerize applications using Docker and ensure smooth deployment.

· - Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology.

· - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

· - Utilize Jira for task tracking and Bitbucket for version control.

· - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· - 5-7 years of experience in backend development.

· - Proficiency in Java (version 8 and above).

· - Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework.

· - Hands-on experience with Docker or container technologies.

· - Experience with microservices development on AWS ECS.

· - Familiarity with Agile development practices.

· - Working knowledge of Jira and Bitbucket.
