Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer (web and mobile).
• English B1+
• Figma skills: Components, Auto Layout, Variants, Libraries.
• Ability to design web and mobile app interfaces from scratch: from idea, wireframes, and user flows to UI.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, user scenarios/flows, and basic validation methods.
• Practical knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
• Ability to deliver responsive, developer-friendly design: grids, breakpoints, component states.
• Strong attention to detail: visual precision, consistency, clean files, and systematic decision-making.
• Experience in SMM/graphic design: social media creatives (posts/stories/banners) within brand guidelines.
• Strong visual aesthetics and design maturity (typography, composition, color, rhythm, clear hierarchy), awareness of modern design trends and the ability to apply them appropriately without compromising usability or brand consistency, plus the ability to generate creative visual ideas.

Will be a plus:

• Accessibility (a11y) awareness and best practices.
• Basic motion skills (Figma / After Effects / Lottie) for micro-interactions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (or equivalents) for assets, social creatives, and simple print-ready layouts.

Responsibilities

•         Create mood-boards, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes for web and mobile apps
•         Design App and Web interfaces with fresh and modern look (but keep in mind the guidelines and basic rules of design). 
•         Create and maintain Design Systems/UI Kits for your projects. 
•         Designing with development in-mind (close collaboration with development team to ensure that your solutions can be implemented). 
•         Maintaining clean and understandable layers/folders/frames hierarchy and naming in any Figma project.
•         Multitasking, ability to support design team at any moment if there is a necessity. 
•         Work with vector graphics. Ability to create custom project logo from scratch. Ability to create simple/medium level illustrations.
•         Creating banners, social media content, AppStore and Google Play pictures for you project. 
•         Participating in team calls with client. Presenting and explaining your design solutions.
