QA Engineer

This is a full-time, permanent, manual-testing-focused role spanning Windows desktop/client-server and browser-based applications—not a pure automation or SDET position.

• →Own exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing across desktop and web applications.
• →Turn user stories and acceptance criteria into practical test cases, including edge cases and real user workflows.
• →Write clear defect reports with reproducible steps, expected versus actual behavior, and supporting evidence; partner with developers to retest fixes.
• →Keep test documentation useful and current, participate in sprint delivery, and improve coverage and release confidence.

• Meaningful hands-on software testing experience and examples of your own testing or defect-validation work.
• Clear test cases, actionable bug reports, and productive collaboration with developers.
• Experience with desktop, browser-based, or similarly complex software—and interest in building deeper QA expertise.
• Ability to attend the Cincinnati office on Wednesdays.
