US Conec is seeking an EHS & Ergonomics Coordinator to support and drive safety, health, and ergonomic initiatives across our manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in reducing risk, preventing injuries, and promoting a strong safety culture through hands-on partnership with operations, engineering, and leadership.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support and maintain EHS programs in compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
- →Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations
- →Investigate incidents and near-misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- →Recommend and implement improvements to reduce injuries and enhance workplace ergonomics
- →Track and analyze safety data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- →Deliver safety and ergonomics training to employees and leadership
- →Partner cross-functionally to ensure safety is embedded in equipment, processes, and workflows
- →Support injury prevention, return-to-work efforts, and industrial hygiene initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5 years of experience in EHS, ergonomics, or a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ergonomic principles
- Experience with safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience with EHS systems or safety tracking tools
- Background in industrial hygiene or injury prevention programs
