As an Mechanic II- Frac, you will diagnose and perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on company assets, including DOT and Completions Services equipment.

✔️ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DOT and Completions Services equipment according to company standards and timelines✔️ Accurately document maintenance activities, failures, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)✔️ Identify, order, and replace parts and equipment as needed✔️ Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues✔️ Conduct routine tool and equipment inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality✔️ Support and assist lower-level Mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

✅ Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certificate preferred

✅ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related mechanical experience in equipment maintenance and repair

✅ Licenses: Valid Driver License required; DOT License preferred

✅ Technical Skills:

✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer use

✅ Familiarity with RTA Fleet Management Software preferred

✅ Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

✅ Additional Skills:

✅ Strong communication and time management skills

✅ Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems

⏳Work shifts up to 12 hours

⏳Overtime as needed

⏳10/5 Rotation Schedule (Ten days on, 5 days off)
