4. 優化製程參數以提高產品品質
5. 英文溝通與文書作業
6. 處理主管交辦工作
7. 可配合假日值班/加班

 1. Establish and update relevant documents such as work procedures, manufacturing specifications, and process/operation guidelines.
 2. Perform new equipment acceptance, parameter verification, production line validation, and customer audits.
 3. Resolve quality issues and provide corrective and preventive actions.
 4. Optimize process parameters to improve product quality.
 5. Handle English communication and documentation tasks.
 6. Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.
