We're seeking an experienced and motivated OSP Design Engineer to lead critical fiber design projects and support our growing engineering team. This role involves taking ownership of complex outside plant fiber network designs from planning through completion, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of design quality and compliance.
