QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA)
At least one year of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred
BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.

$41.56 to $62.34/hour +14% Differential Pay
Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
