Family Medicine Advance Practice Provider (PA/NP) – FLEX CARE – 1.0 FTE Renton 

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Flex Care APP to join our Covington (1), Cascade (1), and Lake Sawyer (1) clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Family Medicine team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

About the position:  
             
  • Clinic Hours: 7:30a - 5:30p
  • Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week
  • Provides same day access for in person and telehealth visits
  • Converts MyChart messages to telehealth or in clinic visits
  • Offers same day team or reschedule with provider when provider is out of the office
  • Is the access for new patients as “team” visit before establishing with Family Medicine Provider
  • Performs Medicare Advantage Wellness Visits for clinic patients
  • Helps manage inboxes
  • Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent concerns (walk in patients)

COMPENSATION: $130,000 - $145,000
Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, and/or extra shift incentives as applicable.
