Summary:

As a Mid-Level Automation QA Analyst, you’ll help drive quality assurance across multiple software initiatives, ensuring reliable, high-performing applications, websites, and systems. This role blends technical expertise and business acumen. You will be working within a team of analysts, actively involved in advancing automation efforts.

Assist with planning and execution of testing strategies across multiple projects and teams.

Help to develop, maintain, and refine automation processes and frameworks to ensure reliable, repeatable testing.

Analyze business and system requirements to define and validate comprehensive test coverage.

Manage and triage defects, drive resolutions, and ensure quality outcomes.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project leaders to align QA processes with business objectives.

Participate in the on-call support rotation (3–4 times per year, after onboarding as an FTE).

Proven experience with automation testing.

Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools like Mabl (preferred), Playwright, or Selenium

Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing.

Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on quality improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
