The Role

Level up your career with Veeva RTSM! Join our scaling team as a Technical Operations Engineer and power our world-class IRT/RTSM system. This fast-paced role covers everything from SRE and DevOps to Systems Admin and Release Management. Drive the execution and delivery within the team with a focus on quality.

Work on key architecture initiatives including migrating RTSM Windows infrastructure to AWS.

Iteratively define and refine operational processes and best practices as the team grows.

Perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions.

Identify and manage technical risks preventing them from becoming issues.

Production study deployments

Four-year degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience in related field

Willingness to learn!

Experience with AWS

Windows Server, Microsoft stack experience

Demonstrated proficiency with scripting languages (Powershell, VBScript, etc)

Strong communication skills

IIS and Webserver Knowledge

Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools

Experience with VMWare/vSphere
