EMPQ Validation Specialist

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking an EMPQ Validation Specialist to support environmental monitoring performance qualification activities in a biotechnology manufacturing facility. We are looking for someone with a strong scientific foundation who enjoys working in the field, collaborates well with others, and approaches challenges with a positive, proactive attitude.

• EMPQ Validation Specialist

Description:

• Prepare, review, and execute EMPQ protocols and supporting documentation.
• Perform environmental sampling and document results in accordance with approved procedures.
• Review data, identify discrepancies, and support investigations and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Microbiology, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to complete qualification activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow GMP and site procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biology
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Experience with environmental monitoring, cleanroom practices, and qualification documentation.
• Strong technical writing, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support hands-on work as project needs evolve.
