Supplier Component Validation Specialist

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

• Supplier Component Validation Specialist

Description:

• Responsible for component testing, sampling, and acceptance criteria
• Write, edit, and complete writing protocols, supplier quality agreements, and acceptance reports
• Analyze batch/component data and reconcile discrepancies including common component materials and basic failure modes.
• Support procurement, receiving, QA, and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related
• 2–5 years in supplier qualification, incoming component testing supplier assessments
• Knowledge of GxP/GMP and supplier qualification expectations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Full-time on-site; able to support occasional weekends/extra hours
• Preferable: Prior experience with supplier quality programs in medical device industry
• Preferable: Familiarity with ISO 13485 and supplier quality metrics
