Responsibilities:
- Generate and brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive measurable results across digital platforms.
- Create a brief for key visuals, art direction, and caption for social post with a strong focus on performance and digital marketing.
- Work closely with account management, social media designer, and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.
- Review and approve creative deliverables from social media designers, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Conduct quality control checks to meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and performance targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine creative strategies and execution.
- Present creative concepts and pitches to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and executional excellence in digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with performance marketing platforms.
- Exceptional client relationship and consulting skills with a focus on achieving client goals.
- Excellent time management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.
