Recruiter  Summary of Position:  The Recruiter provides staffing support for assigned accounts across multiple locations. The primary responsibilities of this role are to attract and retain strong talent that contribute to the organization’s mission and vision.  This position manages a high-volume workload and is responsible for keeping hiring managers, HR personnel and candidates updated.  This position interfaces at all levels of the organization and must have a passion for connecting the right person with the right job in the company.   Duties & Responsibilities:  Source and screen applicants for Verisma’s growing workforce  Maintain applicant and hiring records in applicant tracking database (ATS)  Work closely with company leaders regarding recruiting needs, candidate recommendations and process updates  Communicate with staffing partners to support applicant flow  Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone and video interviews, providing detailed and timely documentation on all conversations  Utilize technology in support of recruitment initiatives within multiple systems  Coordinate pre-employment references, background check and drug screening process; prepare offer letters and other new hire correspondence  Prepare and post job postings to attract high volume and quality applicants   Prepare for and contribute to weekly recruiting meetings providing pipeline challenges, staffing updates, and strategies for problem resolution  Work collaboratively with the Recruiting, IT and Training departments to facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including communicating new hire information, orchestrating the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into the company  Promote a positive company culture through your communication and presentation  Live by and promote Verisma’s Core Values   Other duties as required by business needs  Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred  0-2 years’ experience managing the hiring process for a fast-paced organization  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Attentive to details to ensure the successful onboarding of new hires  Impeccable organizational skills, with an ability to provide needed information quickly  Pleasant demeanor, promoting a positive workforce and culture  Collaborative nature, willing to engage and implement other’s suggestions  Flexible personality, finding the balance between structure and creative solutions  Comfortable communicator, with the ability to ask the difficult questions to uncover necessary information  Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude  Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information  Fluent in various software packages, including Microsoft Suite and HRIS or ATS   Experience with a rapid and complex ever-changing work environment  Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment  Work Environment:  This job operates as a remote telecommuting position. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home. In addition, the remote nature of this position requires additional communication to keep peers and business partners up to date on fast moving information.
