WRAH is a 24-hour emergency, critical care, specialty, and primary care veterinary hospital operating from a 40,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility equipped with:
- MRI, CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, and digital radiography
- Advanced surgical facilities with seven surgery suites
- Video otoscopy and CO2 laser capabilities
- Full in-house laboratory and pharmacy
- Blood bank with robust donor population
- Dedicated feline wards and specialized patient care areas
- Exceptional support staff and specialty collaboration

This position offers the opportunity to partner with an experienced dermatologist while collaborating closely with specialists in multiple disciplines. You'll have direct access to cutting-edge technology and the support needed to manage complex and rewarding cases.
As our second dermatologist, you'll help expand dermatology services to five days per week while enjoying the professional satisfaction of building and growing a highly successful service within an already established referral base.

The program has become one of the strongest pipelines for future specialists and leaders in veterinary medicine. In fact, many of our current veterinarians began their careers as WRAH interns—a testament to our commitment to developing talent and fostering long-term success.
As a dermatologist, you'll have the opportunity to mentor aspiring specialists, contribute to the education of interns, and help shape the next generation of veterinary leaders.

As a Dermatologist at WRAH, you will:
- Provide advanced dermatologic care for a diverse and complex caseload
- Collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines
- Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies including CT, MRI, video-otoscopy, and CO2 laser
- Mentor interns, residents, and support staff
- Build relationships with referring veterinarians throughout the region
- Help expand and strengthen a thriving dermatology service
The ideal candidate:
- Is Board-Certified (DACVD) or residency-trained and board-eligible
- Has a passion for evidence-based medicine and lifelong learning
