About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager.
We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

- →Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company.
- →Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions.
- →Think outside of the box to engage with top talent
- →Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
- →Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience.
- 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.
- Strong ability to influence with data.
- Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience.
- Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
