We are currently seeking a Junior BIM Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia!
The Junior BIM Program Coordinator is a technical support role responsible for assisting the BIM Program team in implementing BIM standards, maintaining BIM content, and supporting innovation and education initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on executing technical BIM tasks such as modelling, model preparation, content management, documentation updates, and assisting with program and project activities. Working closely with BIM Program Coordinators, project teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure consistent application of BIM standards and support digital delivery efforts.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) Program department serves as the strategic backbone of our digital construction approach, driving consistency, innovation, and capability across the organization. BIM Program department’s responsibility is to standardize BIM practices, explore emerging technologies, and upskill teams through targeted education initiatives. Acting as a central support unit, BIM Program department collaborate closely with Business Units, project teams, and global stakeholders to ensure our digital delivery is aligned, future-focused, and value driven. Beyond project Enablement, the department plays a vital role in supporting offering and marketing efforts, strengthening our positioning through proposal content, visuals, and digital storytelling. We also contribute to industry engagement and internal innovation through conclaves, sprint projects, and pilot programs therefore creating a platform for experimentation, learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist in implementing BIM standards, templates, and workflows across Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit
- Support the preparation, maintenance, and organization of BIM content including families, templates, and documentation
- Assist BIM Program Coordinators in updating BIM Execution Plan templates and supporting documentation
- Support innovative initiatives by testing and documenting new BIM tools, workflows, or technologies
- Assist with BIM content preparation for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Provide technical assistance related to BIM tools and workflows for project teams
- Assist with data management and model quality checks
- Support internal BIM training sessions by preparing materials, examples, or models
- Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards documentation, and internal knowledge resources
- Participate in sprint projects, pilot initiatives, and innovation activities
- Perform BIM modeling tasks, corrections, and updates when required
Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience
- Active user of: Windows, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360, AutoCAD, MS Office incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrating a moderate understanding of technical concepts and principles within area of 3D modeling and basic capabilities in model management
- Basic understanding of ISO 19650 standard
- Technical/practical skills: analytical thinking, organizational, attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- English language minimum B2 level
