Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth and development.

• →Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
  • →Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
  • →Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
  • →Production delivery information / coordination
  • →Participate in daily production meetings
  • →Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• →Ability to solve problems logically.
• →Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
• →Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.
• →Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
• →Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
• →Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role. 
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)

• Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
• Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
