We are looking for an experienced Senior Commodity Manager to support the acquisition of indirect goods and services in line with departmental and organizational guidelines. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the global category team and regional teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, contributing to efficient and compliant sourcing activities.

Responsibilities

→Develop and execute global category strategies across inidrect categories
→Partner with senior business leaders to shape demand and sourcing decisions.
→Lead complex sourcing initiatives (RFx, negotiations, e-sourcing).
→Drive cost optimization, cost avoidance, and standardization opportunities.
→Govern supplier selection, contracts, and performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders
→Use market intelligence and analytics to support fact-based decisions.

7+ years of experience in indirect sourcing or category management.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (L1/L2 leaders)
Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent English (C1).

The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 33 739€ to 42 174€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary listed above, a detailed overview of additional compensation, including bonuses and benefits, will be provided during the initial interview.
