Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers.
  • Prepare and process bank payment files (MXN / USD).
  • Ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established schedules.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and operations teams for payment release.
  • Monitor daily bank account activity.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports.
  • Support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting.
  • Track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Identify funding needs or excess cash positions.
  • Manage intercompany loan transactions.
  • Coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest).
  • Support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations.
  • Prepare and distribute reports such as: 
  • Monthly disbursements
  • Bank activity reports
  • Interest in income tracking 
  • Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Education & Certifications:  

  • Major in Accounting, Finance, or related Studies

Requirements:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Energetic and flexible - capable to meet all deadlines and requests
  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
  • Strong analytical skill, detail oriented, independent thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptable: open to change in response to different or unexpected circumstances
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills 
  • Intermediate English proficiency
