Vestiaire Collective is redefining what luxury fashion can look like and we're building the creative team to match. As Graphic Designer, you'll shape the visual identity of one of the world's leading pre-owned luxury platforms, across 360 campaigns, social content, and emerging AI-driven formats.
You'll receive briefs across campaigns and social media activations, craft mockups ( static or animated ) then see them through to final delivery. You'll work closely with Art Directors, Stylist, videographer and social media managers, under the direction of the Creative Director, with full ownership of your projects.
A pioneering approach to AI is expected: not as a shortcut, but as a genuine creative accelerator integrated into your production workflow.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual voice across all creative touchpoints, ensuring strong brand alignment and elevated creative standards.

Produce new visuals, develop reference materials and provide creative input across image and video concept development.

Editing of photos and videos.
- →
Develop layouts and crops for social media content ( Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube ) ensuring relevance to current trends and platform best practices.

Develop layout for Performance Marketing campaigns ( static, videos ).
- →
Assist larger production of campaign shoots by supporting pre-production processes, developing toolkits and assisting on concept.

Work with Creative Leadership to refine concepts across all creative elements, including photo and video direction, graphic design and third-party creative collaboration.

Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Art Directors, Stylist, Copywriters, Creative Operation Manager to execute creation of visuals.

Demonstrate crafting, editing and design skills to build upon existing design materials while adhering to Vestiaire Collective brand standards across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.

Proofread and review all creative work to ensure accuracy and high quality.

Ensure all projects are on track and aligned with established timelines.
Skills & tools

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign
- →
Strong video editing and motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- →
Photo retouching and color grading with a high attention to detail and brand consistency
- →
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Weavy, Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI or equivalent)
- →
Sensitivity to luxury, high-end aesthetics and current design trends
- →
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritization
- Graduated in design, fine art, graphic design or equivalent (Penninghen, Arts Déco, Estienne…)
- 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative studio
- Genuinely curious about creative AI, you test new tools before they're mainstream
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, you navigate complex teams and personalities with ease
- Driven by ideas, trends and the culture of social media
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
