As a HR Business Partner you will support the Via employee population in a variety of People Operations functions including but not limited to coaching and developing new managers, managing employment relations, onboarding new hires, supporting continuous employee development, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal People Ops systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our People Ops initiatives run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
About the Role
~1 min read- Own the full employee experience for your business units - from partnering with managers on day-to-day challenges to designing the people programmes that help Via scale
- Partner directly with managers and leadership to identify organisational needs, challenge assumptions, and implement HR solutions that are thoughtful, practical, and built to last
- Champion people initiatives across Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Diversity & Inclusion - not just designing them, but driving real adoption and impact
- Use data to tell stories and inform decisions - analysing compensation, attrition, and organisational health to surface insights before they become problems
- Keep the engine running - onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and ensuring our People Ops systems and policies are always one step ahead of the business
- Exceptionally smart, empathetic, and resourceful - your years of experience matter less to us than your ability to read a room, navigate complexity, and get things done in a fast-moving environment
