Influencer Researcher – UK Market

We’re looking for an Influencer Researcher to help us build a strong pipeline of micro and mid-tier creators for the UK market.

This role is focused on mapping the UK influencer landscape, finding the right creator fit for Vilgain, managing high-volume research and outreach, and supporting our London-based influencer team.

You can be based remotely, ideally in the Philippines or Vietnam.

• Research and map UK influencers across fitness, wellness, food, lifestyle, health and sport.

• Find micro and mid-tier creators who match Vilgain’s brand, audience and content style.

• Build and maintain a clear influencer database with profiles, contact details, niche, quality notes and outreach status.

• Use social platforms, influencer tools, spreadsheets and manual research to identify strong creator opportunities.

• Support high-volume outreach via email and track follow-ups.

• Pre-qualify creators before handing them over to the influencer team.

• Monitor UK trends, competitors and emerging creators.

• Communicate closely with our London-based Influencer Marketing team.

• Experience in influencer research, social media, creator scouting, partnerships or similar.

• Strong eye for brand fit, content quality, authenticity and audience relevance.

• Ability to work with high volume of profiles and contacts without losing structure.

• Very organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with spreadsheets/tools.

• Strong written English for email communication.

• Proactive, hands-on and independent.

• Interest in fitness, nutrition, healthy lifestyle or food brands is a big plus.

• Located remotely, ideally in the Philippines or Vietnam.

• Strong number of relevant creators researched weekly.

• High-quality influencer database with clear status and next steps.

• Good response rate from outreach.

• Consistent pipeline of creators ready for review by the UK influencer team.

• Useful insights about UK trends, niches and competitor activity.
