Packaging Designer

You'll join the team of packaging designers that work on development of all new products in Vilgain. 

You will work closely with the category managers and regulatory team to lead each project to completion.

This role is about owning and shaping the packaging look of Vilgain as the portfolio continues to scale. The goal is to keep the packaging system tight, premium, recognizable, and consistent, even as more products are added. It is a strongly hands-on role — not just giving feedback, but actively working on layouts, typography, packaging files, and design details yourself. A key part of the role is maintaining visual restraint, building clear systems, templates, and rules rather than isolated designs, and making sure the packaging works not only aesthetically but also in real production conditions, including materials, printing, and logistics. The role works in close collaboration with the Packaging Manager and NPD team, turning product requirements into strong and realistic packaging solutions while balancing design quality with technical feasibility and timelines. It also requires a proactive mindset, with a focus on improving materials, structures, and cleaner scalable solutions as the range grows.

Be familiar with the design process, deliver new designs of products. Cooperate with the teams to move fast and complete tasks on time.
