In this role, you will be instrumental in the Escooter-Ebike Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation. Establish, maintain, and ensure accuracy of the PFEP data system. Ensure consistency between data in management systems (SAP, Power BI) and actual project timelines. Closely track key milestones (Data Release, SOR, SOB, Tooling Kick-off, ETD/ETA of parts), proactively identify and raise supply chain risks. Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering (R&D), Logistics, and Quality Management teams to resolve issues and ensure parts are delivered on time to support project development milestones. Analyze supply chain bottlenecks. Propose risk mitigation solutions (e.g., transport mode adjustments, alternative sourcing) and submit recommendations for approval to the PMO Lead or Chief Engineer (CE). Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields.
