Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer in the state of California and Florida.

What we offer:

Compensation: $20.93/hour

What the role is about:

This position is responsible for executing daily retail tasks and activities to ensure retail operations are consistent with company goals and objectives. Daily tasks include managing the POS system, restocking shelves, promoting sales and loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and organized. They will ensure customer satisfaction by staying knowledgeable about products and working with colleagues to provide excellent service. Additionally, they may also support the fulfillment warehouse if needed.

What impact you'll make:

Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Inventory organization, merchandise, and stock products
Fully trained in cash handling and the POS system
Provide customer service

What you’ve accomplished:

Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays
Must be age 21 to work in a dispensary per state law
Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment
Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Open availability: we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, evening and weekend hours as needed by the business.

What you're capable of:

Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily
Ability to place and arrange products on all shelves and racks daily
Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying products daily
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds infrequently
Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store daily
Ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily
Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer daily
Exposure to indoor climate control measures
