The candidate will primarily provide clinical services at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital Campus located in Richmond, Virginia or its satellite affiliates. Services will include clinic, operative services, inpatient and consult management, teaching of residents, and call coverage.

- Graduation from an ACGME accredited urology residency training program
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
- Experience or interest in quality improvement
- Experience or interest in medical education
