We believe technology should feel human. That’s why we’re looking for a personable and patient Customer Onboarding Specialist who’s passionate about helping people learn and succeed.
About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face guiding new customers through onboarding and training. You’ll help home care agencies feel confident using Viv’s software from the very first introduction to the moment they’re fully up and running.
This isn’t a deeply technical role; it’s about people. You’ll combine strong communication skills, empathy, and organization to ensure every customer has a smooth, supportive experience.
This role is based in Toronto. Candidates should reside in or be within easy reach of the GTA, as periodic in-office collaboration is required.
What You’ll Do
- Guide and support new customers through every step of their onboarding and implementation journey.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (primarily virtual and some in-person) using easy-to-understand demos, presentations, and written materials.
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening carefully, understanding their workflows, and helping them succeed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure a seamless go-live experience.
- Manage implementation timelines and keep customers informed with clear, friendly communication.
- Gather and share customer feedback to help improve our processes and product experience.

What You Bring
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as training, onboarding, customer success, or account management.
- Experience helping non-technical users learn new software or digital tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Friendly, clear, and patient.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities; you love keeping things on track.
- A collaborative spirit and genuine enjoyment in helping others succeed.
- Bonus: Experience in home care, healthcare, or other service-focused industries.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or digital platforms is an asset, but not required.
