• →Monitor and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures across production, filling, and other operational departments.
• →Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure processes and documentation align with regulatory and company standards.
• →Assist in preparing the facility for internal and external audits, including GMP and other industry certifications.
• →Collaborate with department leads to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• →Maintain accurate records of quality checks, deviations, and corrective/preventative actions.
• →Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
• →Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to personal care and cosmetics manufacturing.
• →Support investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, or audit findings.
