The role focuses on delivering practical, commercially informed legal advice, supporting compliance programmes, and contributing to transformation initiatives that promote standardisation, simplification, and smart digital working. ## What you’ll do * Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and terms and conditions across procurement, connectivity and related areas * Provide clear, timely legal advice to commercial stakeholders to support negotiations and ensure alignment with business requirements * Advise on applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions * Collaborate with Legal & Business Integrity teams and local market legal functions to ensure consistent and effective legal support * Support legal compliance programmes and promote best practices across relevant business areas * Partner with cross-functional teams such as Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Finance, Tax, Operations and Regulatory * Develop and maintain legal templates, precedents and knowledge resources * Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of legal support * Contribute to risk management initiatives and support informed decision-making * Stay up to date with legal developments and share insights with relevant stakeholders ## Who you are * Professionally qualified legal practitioner with relevant post-qualification experience * Experience managing complex commercial agreements and legal matters in a corporate environment * Strong knowledge of contract law and awareness of commercial and regulatory developments * Confident in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in English * Effective communicator, able to present legal concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders, including senior audiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset * Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and geographies * Commercially aware with a practical approach to delivering legal solutions * Fluent in written and spoken English ## Not a perfect fit?
