The individual will partner closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into user stories, and support cross‑functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. ## What you’ll do * Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements for new or evolving products, services, and processes. * Convert functional and non‑functional specifications into clear, structured user stories for the product backlog. * Define and compile business requirements to support a wide range of change initiatives. * Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of each user story by clarifying requirements and supporting solution understanding. * Ensure proposed solutions align with system structures, operational processes, and broader organisational goals. * Contribute to maintaining quality standards by validating requirements for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility. ## Who you are * An individual with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. * A collaborative communicator who can translate business needs into structured documentation. * Someone with the ability to understand system design, operational flows, and process interdependencies. * A professional capable of supporting cross‑functional teams in a changing and fast‑paced environment. ## Not a perfect fit?
