Responsibilities

→Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
→Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
→Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
→Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
→Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
→Perform additional duties as assigned
