Full Stack Engineer (C#, Javascript)

Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. From cloud contact centers to feature-rich unified communications solutions, our Applications team is dedicated to providing businesses with the tools they need to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

We are building a new team that will take over the ownership of the Studio platform. This product allows to set up AI agents for contact center communication. We highly value full-stack capability and we work using C# on backend and JavaScript/Typescript on frontend. 

• →Serving as a key contributor to our core engineering team, focused on the development and enhancement of our SAAS technology platform.
• →Having an end-to-end ownership of core microservices and codebase, encompassing architecture, development, and deployment.
• →Leading the end-to-end development of features, working closely with the product manager, to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• →Engaging in our Agile, delivery-focused development process to efficiently meet project goals and deadlines.
• →Developing tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack developer
• Working experience with C# and TypeScript/JavaScript (ideally with Vue.js or React).
• Familiarity with MySQL database.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including writing, speaking and listening to effectively communicate with technical and non technical people.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.

• Operational skills with Grafana and Kibana
