Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Proficient in DOORS (or equivalent) for requirements management
- →Competent in developing and interpreting SysML diagrams (e.g., block definition, activity, sequence, state)
- →Experience using Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw) for MBSE documentation and integration
- →Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- →Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle standards (e.g., INCOSE SE Handbook, MIL-STD-499, EIA-632)
- →Ability to assess and manage technical risks and develop actionable mitigation plans
- →Strong technical writing skills for briefings, reports, and formal documentation
- →Experienced with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project
- Experience supporting technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) for MDA or equivalent defense programs
- Working knowledge of DoDAF or similar system architecture frameworks
- INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification, or experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or scheduling tools, is a plus
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
