This position involves delivery of nursing care based upon nursing process for the medical patient as well as some supervision and coordination of nursing personnel activities according to the clinic policies and procedures.

• Ability to evaluate patient progress toward goals.
• Ability to administer medications safely as per physician orders and protocols as per hospital policy.

• Ability to delegate tasks appropriately according to scope of practice and knowledge base with consistent evaluation to follow through.
