Job Brief:
As we prepare to launch in Australia, we are looking for a high-potential Launch Project Manager to coordinate the workstreams required to bring the business to market.

You will act as the operational hub for the Australia launch, working directly with senior leadership and coordinating legal,compliance, product, engineering, marketing, operations,customer support and external partners. This is ideal for someone early in their career who is organised, analytical and excellent at driving execution.

Own and maintain the end-to-end Australia launch plan.

Track milestones, risks, dependencies and key decisions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, operations and marketing.

Run weekly project meetings, action trackers and leadership updates.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Support licensing, operational readiness, vendor onboarding and launch activities.

Maintain project documentation, timelines and executive materials.

Identify bottlenecks early and proactively propose solutions.

Support research, analysis, internal communications and launch planning.
