Shift Leader - Car Wash Naperville $21+/HR

At WashU, a shift lead plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and supporting team performance during their assigned shift. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Shift leads help guide team members, uphold company processes, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.

• →Lead and support daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• →Supervise, assign tasks, and provide coaching to team members
• →Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues
• →Promote and upsell memberships and premium services
• →Monitor equipment and wash processes; report or address issues as needed
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• →· Perform basic operational tracking (sales, cars serviced, incidents) and support inventory needs

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high service standards
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage operations and transactions accurately
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Physically able to operate car wash equipment and perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
