1. →Bachelor’s degree or above. All academic backgrounds will be considered.
2. →At least 2 years of experience in software development or cross-functional project management. Experience in end-to-end delivery of complex projects, with the ability to independently manage project planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution.
3. →Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, with practical experience in Scrum or Kanban.
4. →English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language, including writing English documentation and communicating with international teams.
5. →Strong logical thinking, presentation and project coordination skills, with the ability to balance competing needs related to time, scope and resources.
6. →Familiarity with at least one project management tool, such as Linear, YouTrack, Jira or Notion.
7. →Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• →PMP, ACP or other project management certifications.
• →Experience working with Business or cross-system collaboration projects.
• →Experience improving project management processes or promoting project management tools.
• →Experience using AI or automation tools to improve project management efficiency.
