Car Wash Sales Associate

We are hiring a Car Wash Sales Associate who is confident, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings. This position is base pay + commission, with the majority of total compensation coming from commission. If you are not comfortable selling, overcoming objections, and being paid based on performance, this role will not be a fit.

• Previous sales experience REQUIRED (retail sales, automotive, wireless, fitness, commission-based roles, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
