Full-Time Membership Support Specialist (MSS)

As a Membership Support Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting our sales team and daily car wash operations.

• →Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help create a positive experience with every visit.
• →Support Our Sales Team: Assist customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while helping our sales team provide excellent service.
• →Guide Vehicles Safely: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
• →Keep the Site Looking Great: Maintain clean vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• →Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance, and report equipment issues.
• →Support Daily Operations: Help with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, complete assigned checklists, and assist with daily reporting.
• →Work as a Team: Support your coworkers and management team wherever needed to keep the location operating safely and efficiently.
• →Take Pride in Your Work: Maintain a professional attitude, follow company policies, and help deliver the WOW factor our customers expect.

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stay active throughout the day and perform hands-on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• A team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
• Willingness to learn company procedures, equipment maintenance, and customer account systems.
