The Role
Role Title: Drywall Specialist
Status: Full-Time, Field Role
You are responsible for drywall execution on remodel projects — installation, finishing, repair, and texture. Your work should blend seamlessly into existing conditions and support the overall quality of the project. You’ll work closely with the Remodel Production Manager and field team to keep projects moving cleanly, efficiently, and professionally.

You are successful in this role when:
- Seams, corners, and transitions are undetectable
- Texture matches disappear into surrounding surfaces
- Projects close without drywall-related call-backs
- Work is completed within planned labor hours
- Jobsites are clean, protected, and client-ready
- Clients feel comfortable and respected in their home
What You’ll Do
You will:
- Install and finish drywall to a consistently high standard
- Tape, mud, sand, and texture with precision and control
- Match existing textures so repairs are visually seamless
- Identify framing or substrate issues before they become rework
- Protect client property throughout the project
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Communicate progress, needs, and issues clearly to the Remodel Production Manager
