Digital Marketing Specialist

• 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, across the full cycle from planning to reporting.
• Experience working on the brand side, managing monthly budgets of roughly ₹5–10 lakh, with a preference for in-house experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of how campaigns change when a budget grows five or ten times.
• Proficiency in reading Google Analytics and a product analytics tool such as PostHog, and connecting data to explain results.
• Experience with campaigns for a US audience (Good to have).
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads (Good to have).
• Working knowledge of SEO (Good to have).

• →Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end for India and the US markets.
• →Track performance across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PostHog, utilizing data for optimization decisions.
• →Manage and optimize a limited monthly budget, conduct small experiments, and develop strategies to scale spend.
• →Guide the Go-To-Market (GTM) team on creative formats and determine when organic social content requires paid promotion.
• →Test new advertising channels like LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads, and provide support for SEO initiatives.
