Weinstein Properties is looking for a skilled, EPA-certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

✓Pay: $23/hour (and up, depending on experience)

✓On-call pay:

✓$150/week (calls or no calls)

✓Additional $150 per holiday on-call

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

Responsibilities

→Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
→Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
→Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items
→Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
→Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
A reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
Ability to drive a golf cart
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Experience using hand and power tools
Background check required
