Maintenance Technician - Make Ready - Bexley Clearfork

Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Make Ready Technician to join our team at Bexley Clearfork. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

• →Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• →Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• →Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• →Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• →Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
