About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Drive business KPI e.g. AUM growth and customer investment penetration
• Conduct market intelligence / research on the competitive landscape and formulate growth strategies
• Perform product management duties such as fund house on-boarding and fund product due diligence
• Promote the services via user communication and engagement via digital communications, seminar and marketing campaigns.
• Build data and customer-centric wealth solution by product innovation, new technology application such as AI tool and engineer the robo advisory platform
• Assist in establishing the tech/operational infrastructure
  

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• University degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in wealth management, asset management or banking industry
• Strong knowledge of investments, asset allocation and fund manager research
• Sensitive to investment market dynamics
• Excellent numerical analytical skill
• Good understanding of Hong Kong wealth/investment regulatory framework
• Sound knowledge of digital retail banking products and operations
• Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
• Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
  
• Investment Consultant with mutual funds knowledge will also be considered
