Production Machine Operator | Second Shift

The General Production Labor role operates manufacturing equipment to produce high quality food and beverage products in a safe and effective manner.

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift!

This role will be based out of our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI.

• →Operate equipment to meet department goals
• →Move, organize, and stage ingredients
• →Produce documentation to verify safety, quality, and production standards
• →Observe operations to ensure schedules and quality standards are met
• →Submit reports summarizing daily production
• →Inspect and test production line set-ups to ensure proper equipment operation
• →Check production equipment daily for proper cleaning and safe operation
• →Clean and sanitize production facilities and equipment
• →Follow the Plant Safety Program, GMP requirements and both people & food safety protocols
• →Ensure enough supplies and ingredients for production schedules
• →Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability and willingness to work 8+ hour shifts
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crouch for extended periods of time
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in an elevated environment
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) and both indoor/outdoors

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• Experience as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler, General Labor, or other Manufacturing or industrial role preferred
