Hours: Full-Time 40 hrs a week

• →Implements treatment plan utilizing current theory and practice; works towards established goals; modifies goals and treatment plan as necessary and indicated.
• →Documents treatment plan according to department policy and bills for services.
• →Coordinates appropriate follow up post discharge from care.

• Performs functions related to patient evaluation/re-evaluation, goal setting, and discharge planning according to department policy and procedures.
• Documents findings according to department policy and bills for services. Ensures findings are shared with appropriate individuals and provides necessary follow up.

• Provides a positive learning environment for observers, volunteers, students, and co-workers.
• Willingly accepts learners and ensures learning objectives are achieved. Provides learning opportunities for department staff on topics related to clinical specialty.

• Meets departmental productivity standards.
• Takes initiative to insure that established productivity standard is met on an ongoing and regular basis.
• Takes an active role in servicing patients with immediate needs.
• Documents productivity in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
