- Strengthen self-advocacy, autonomy and self-determination
- Understand and exercise their rights

You will also contribute your lived experience perspective to service delivery, practice development, quality improvement and organisational learning.
The role works collaboratively with participants, families, carers, General Practitioners, allied health professionals and other members of the multidisciplinary team to support holistic, person-led outcomes.
- Personal lived experience of mental health challenges, distress and/or mental health service use, with the ability to use this experience safely and intentionally in peer work.
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Mental Health Peer Work or Community Services (completed or in progress), or willingness to undertake relevant training.
- Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
- Satisfactory Police Check (no older than 12 months)
